Accepted Payments We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. At this time, we do not accept care credit. Scheduling your Visit All patients are seen by appointment only. All patients are scheduled for a 30 Minute appointment to allow us ample time to address all of your and your pet's concerns. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. A no-show fee will be charged for any missed Doctor appointments. If you have an urgent issue, please call. We will try to see you on an urgent care basis or may need to refer you to an emergency veterinarian. For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are also available. We will ask you to drop off your pet in the morning (or when you can). You will be asked you to leave a contact number so we can discuss our physical exam findings and our recommended treatment plan with you. New clients are welcome to schedule an appointment. A deposit will be taken over the phone and are required to hold the appointment. Should the client "no show" the deposit becomes non-refundable and a full deposit of the exam fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.
